I LOVE PF. It was my first time at this location and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I was seated and after about 10-12 minutes I still had not even been greeted by the server. I was the only table in the restaurant that had not been helped, every other table had their food. I was needing to get back to work so I decided to place a to go order instead. The server (she was the only server working) saw me and did not even awknowledge me standing there at the counter WITH her. After an awkward few minutes I asked if I could place a to go order. She said, just a minute. Then finished doing what she was doing, went to a table in the restaurant and came back. At that point a bus boy was there and another family came up to the counter. She had me wait and the same server asked the bus boy to check them out and then take my order. So, I sat in the restaurant for at least 20 minutes before I could even place an order. I ordered a salad bar and asked the same server if I could have a cup for dressing to go. Again, she asked me to wait, went and did something else, then she "forgot" so I had to ask her again. She got it, but acted put out to get it for me. I LOVE PF and have never had a bad experience in any of the locations until this one today. I am so disappointed in the service at this location, mostly with the server. She has terrible customer service.

Love the food... It's always delicious. The pizza and bread sticks are the best (but they weren't twisted tonight. 😩 Anyway, Nick, our waiter, was delightful and a true gentleman. Out makes me sad that these places are closing...I hope this one won't!!

“Under new management”- The cashier was super overwhelmed and was all over the place. They cut the salad containers in half and my pizza was doughy and under cooked. Disappointed and most likely will not visit again with their new GM in charge.

Awful. I had a birthday party at fat cats and we ate here for dinner before bowling. It was a Friday night and completely dead. The waitress clearly hated her life and us as a result. She was inattentive and had no problem serving me soup that was no longer soup, but a foul gelatinous waste. She said I could have another breadstick instead as she scoffed away into a corner to sit on her phone. McDonald's would has provided a far superior experience than this inexcusable void of all humanity. I hear that the other location is brilliant though. Is it possible we picked the wrong night? Not sure, but I'm certain I won't be going back to find out.

Awful. Terrible service. Our waitress tried but with all of the other staff standing around or on their phones, she could only do so much. It took an hour for our order to be taken and we had to get them twice to even help us. Other customers were standing around trying to pay and they were ignored for a good 20 mins. Then the breadsticks weren't great and the pizza tasted like a cheap frozen pizza. Oh and they forgot an order and the soup was burnt. Pretty disappointed when coming here for a fun family dinner. We will not be back.
